1. GENERAL
How do I register on tanya.care?

During registration, an email link will be provided via your registered email address.  Once you click on the link, you will need to enter a valid password.

You may also register via the Mobile App. During registration, enter the required personal information.

How can I update my Profile on tanya.care?

Easy! Just click on the Profile Icon >  Click Edit > Update

How to reset a Forgot Password?

Select Forgot Password to reset the password. You will then be asked on a new screen Forgot your Password? Confirm your email and we will email you a link to reset your password.  Key in your email and tap on the Reset Password.

Once you click on the link, a pop up box will request you to key in the new password in the New Password box and Confirm New Password box respectively.

How do I login to my tanya.care account?

If you have an existing account with tanya.care, please key in your email address and the password. If you are not, please kindly register an account in the tanya.care app.

2. APPOINTMENT
How do I track when the Service Professional will reach my destination?
  1. Log in to tanya.care App
  2. Go to Tracker to view the location of the Service Professional
  3. Click on Chat to chat with the Service Professional
How can I reschedule an appointment?
  1. Log in to tanya.care App
  2. Click on the Tracker button
  3. Click on the Upcoming button
  4. Choose the appointment
  5. Scroll down for the Reschedule button. Click on Reschedule
  6. Choose Slot page will appear
  7. Select the date and time to confirm the booking
Am I able to change the location for my next appointment?

You will need to cancel and reschedule your appointment.

If I book a product at Pharmacy A, can I collect at a different branch?

You can request through tanya.care Helpdesk and we will call up the respective Pharmacy for confirmation.

Can I put my appointments for services that are not under tanya.care?

No but if you are interested to, you can utilise the to-do list on the mobile.

Can my family member use the package that is booked for me?

tanya.care Helpdesk will check with the Service Provider on the terms and conditions of the products and services and revert as soon as possible.

How do I know which service or package is suitable for me?

You may consult with our Care Manager in order to find the best service match or a personalised package for you.

How many days in advance should I book an appointment for a doctor consultation?

This will depend on the terms and conditions of the selected Service Provider.

Where can I file a complaint?

You may do so via our Mobile App. Please click here to provide us your feedback. You may also talk to our Helpdesk for immediate action.

3. PAYMENT
How do I know about the status of my payment?

Once payment is made, an email will be sent together with the detailed summary of your payment together with confirmation about your purchase.

What are the ways that I can make payment?

We accept most common types of payment methods available including online banking, credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), debit card, PayHalal and E-wallet.

How do I make payment for the services?
  1. Choose a service. Click Add to Shopping Cart
  2. Go to Shopping Cart, check the items selected are correct and ensure your address is correct, then click on the Pay button to make your payment.
  3. A pop-up box will be displayed to choose which payment method you’d like to make the payment with.
  4. We accept most common types of payment methods available including online banking, credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), debit card, PayHalal  and E-wallet.
Will I be refunded for my subscribed service, if my doctor advised me to stop with the service?

This will depend on the terms and conditions of the selected Service Provider.

Can I mix and match the services in a single receipt?

Yes, most certainly.

Can I claim my insurance when purchasing the service and product?

You will need to check with your respective insurance policy. If needed, we can provide you with an invoice.

4. SERVICES
Am I able to buy a service for my parents?

Yes, you may purchase services for your parents and other loved ones.

Am I able to choose the nurse that attends to my parent’s needs?

The selection of nurses will be depend on the availability, location and condition of the patient. If you are unhappy with the services of the nurse provided, please refer to the terms and conditions of the Service Provider. No extra charges will be imposed.

What is available in the home care services?

Our home care services are extensive and varied. They include meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship or assisting with errands, respite care, wound care, serious injury care, or palliative care.

What is included for in-home care services?

In-Home care services are non-medical caregiving and assistance provided in your home. Care may include assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, transferring, and meal preparation; transportation; companionship; and more.

How can I purchase Home Care services?

You may purchase via the tanya.care Mobile App. Click on your preferred service/s, add to cart and you will be directed to the payment gateway.

What is included within a Care Management programme?

– A dedicated care team.
– A comprehensive care plan
– Medication and care-management tools
– A hospital-to-home program
– Patient education materials
– Expanded communication between patients and healthcare professionals
– Care coordination with community and home-based service providers

What are the Rehabilitation services available?

Rehabilitation services are interventions and approaches selected based on the individual needs in reducing the disability in individual’s health conditions or health prevention. As such the services provided will be customised to your specific needs.

What physiotherapy equipment will be used will during my treatment?

The type of equipment used will depend on your condition. Our physiotherapist will assess you first, and decide on what equipment or modalities that is suitable for you. Each session can be different.

How long is the treatment duration?

Typically a session will last 1 – 2 hours depending on the service you have purchased.

Who needs Physiotherapy services?

Anyone with physical pain, soft tissue injury such as a sprain and strain, musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders, sports injury and other conditions, ranging from children to the elderly.

Is there an age limit to receive a Physiotherapy service?

No, physiotherapy treatment can be applied to all ages.

What do I need to prepare before my Physiotherapy session?

It is advisable for you to wear comfortable clothing and do not take a meal an hour prior. Ideally, please prepare a referral letter from a Physician for physiotherapy, as well as related medical reports and medical imaging reports related to your pain/injury.

5. REFUND /CANCELLATION
What should I do?

Can I get a refund if my appointment / booking was cancelled by the Service Provider?

I want to cancel my package. Can I get a refund?

You can access the platform via tablets, computers or a mobile phone with Android 6 and above.
